The company were organised with messaging and emailing me in advance and ensuring I’d received my ticket. On the day, the staff were very nice and organised, they did a safety briefing. You can’t take bags in the helicopter and need to wear what you want as any extra jackets etc have to be left behind or worn. They didn’t have lockers but did offer to store my bag behind the desk. The tour was amazing…”
