“Make sure the transfer company and Viator are the same page. The transfer company could not find my confirmation # in their records, even though it was paid and ready for my pick up. It is not something you want to go through after a 15 hour flight. Thank god it was resolved”

Our initial day was going to be cancelled due to weather and when we spoke to them the day prior they were able to move us to the following day with better weather. Our tour guide was great and the team working to arrange the Helicopter did a great job. We’d recommend this to others!”
